Thats Life

Well Vern talked to the detailer about orders. Can't go to CA like we wanted because the budget isn't that high for a family of 6! lol. Soooo he can go IA overseas for 6-12 months and the kids and I will move to FL for that time then off to the Gulf Coast is what he said. That's cool it's better than VA and closer to CA for the next time that we get orders. :D Can you tell that I'm all about going there?

I went in to see the Dr. on Wednesday this week - I've been having a lot of pain and it was killing me so that was sucky. She said it's just stretching. Whatever. Baby looks and sounds good. So that's great. I lost a pound though in a week. UGH Not sure why I can't keep weight on. I eat like everything in sight. My Mom, Grandma, Sister and Cousin will be here hopefully July 6. Then the baby should be here on July 8th by a scheduled C-section. That's what the Dr said. She said around the 8th. - That's about it. Kids are great and the weather is getting warmer. :)

26 week Dr visit

Well today was my 26 week Dr. visit. All is still going well and growing like a freaking champ. I've gained five pounds so I just need to gain five more to make up the ten that I lost in five weeks. Today we talked about somethings that were very informative. Birth control and what way we thing I want to deliver. I also did my sugar test. That totally sucked like baaaaaaad. The stuff was really disgusting. Tasted like watered down sprite but, the after taste was nasty. We should find out if anything is wrong with that in a few days. He said they'd call. We maybe able to do a VBAC. She said right now she doesn't see a problem with it but, she still has to look at all three of my section reports and I'll have to talk to a surgeon and an OB before she/they can say yes or no. I have mixed feeling on it right now so don't even bother asking. lol. That's about it. I've got a new picture I'll post.

It's Sunday and icky out!

Well here it is a weekend at it's close. 4:30 in the afternoon and I'm totally ready for bed already. For the past four days I've had nothing but heartburn that makes me double over. You'd think I would go and get something for it wouldn't ya? Well Vern drove all weekend so I've no car to go and get the heartburn relief called tums.

Yesterday I worked on the computer all day and didn't get any housework done! NONE! So this morning I got up and cleaned my pregnant hiney off. It doesn't look like our house! LMAO! There are only like five toys down here and they are tucked away so that you cant see them. I've cleaned off the computer desks. God knows that it take .45 to get these things a total mess again. I'm trying to figure out what to put into one corner that has nothing in it. AH! One of these bad ass kids ... lol. If it was not raining outside we'd be out there but, mother nature says it should rain all this week. woo freaking hoo. All that's left for me to actually do today is shower, and order dinner. Thank God for Chinese take out, fast, easy and cheap.

Tomorrow it's back to school. Good thing cause I swear these rainy days bore Thomas to death. The other two are completely fine with just sitting and playing quietly. Thomas has to rile everyone up with his ball full of energy. -

I guess this is it for today. I'm going to take some belly pictures tonight so check back for another blog later today or in the morning. :D

Just a Saturday

Here it is another Saturday in the house of crazy. The kids woke me up at about 8 this morning. Well I should say Jo downstairs - he gets out of his own bed now and can open the door ... ugh - I came down and he was sitting there playing with his toys and things. That little guy had the TV on as well. After about five minutes of sitting on the couch watching him Thomas was down and the pester for breakfast was on. Momma! Can we have that chocolate cereal?? Yeah ok so I get them their breakfast and stuff and logon to the computer to check my email and the boards that I am on constantly on. Nothing really new there but, I did post. I get a call from Ladda next door that her sinks are over flowing in the kitchen and the bathroom! Here in housing the bathroom is back to back with the kitchen and share the same sink pipes. Anyway she had to call maintenance to come out but, also had to take her daughter to work this morning. So when her daughter Jocelynn came over to tell me that the guy was there I left her here with the freaks and over I went. They had to take off her bathroom mirror and cut three holes into the walls!! And we have large wall mirrors here. Anyway Ladda came home so home I went. Kait is up now and requested to have PB&J for breakfast. It was 11. Why not that actually sounds really good. So I went and cooked that while all three kids sat at the table and giggled that Jo was talking to himself. Kaitlynn looks like a scary freak today poor girls hair looks terrible. She allows me to brush it but, is always all over the floor and laying on things so her hair gets botched up no matter what I do to it.
Oh!! Jo went pee pee in the potty this morning. He kept whining peeeeeee so we went and he sat and did the deed! Now I smell crap. lmfao. Oh well he'll get it.
So today looks like a storm coming! Sweet I can't wait. It's rained for two days but, off and on so it's not been that big of a deal. I actually have my AC on too! It's been in the 70s. Today is nice and warm out but, the looks of rain are making me think twice before I open up the windows. The clouds are blowing in from over the ocean it looks like. Crazy to know that just on the other side of these trees is a beach!! Like not even 6 blocks! After it clears up a bit I'll take them out and allow them to do what this blog is called. Puddle Jump :"D

Grocery shopping with Thomas and Kaitlynn

Yesterday I went grocery shopping at the commissary like I do every two weeks. I took Thomas and Kaitlynn yesterday and that was swell in itself. These kids are freaks. We get there and are walking across the parking lot to the entrance and Thoams says VERY loud "momma what the heck is that guy wearing?" - The guy was a young Sailor I’m sure and had on a simple black shirt with some monster thing on it. I say very calmly "Thomas? Are we suppose to talk about people?" he says "No but, did you see it?" Alright swell this kid is starting already. We get to the cart section and neither of these two freaks will walk beside the cart. Me being six months pregnant have to heave their heavy asses into a rocket cart so that they will be quiet and stop bitching cause they are to tired to walk. - Yet when we get home it’s can we go out and play? - First thing as soon as we walk into the door Thomas says "Mommy what if you hit those waters out there? And they explode ... That would be soooo cool!" I say "Well son if I were to hit those and they explode there would be water everywhere, I would be pretty mad and I’d have to pay for water that we were not able to drink." Ok fine, then Kait has to start. "Mommy why is she looking at your card?" - at the commissary they do 100% ID checks. - "So that we can buy food here" We walk into the fresh food isle and there are tons of people. I’m excited because, fresh green beans are now 79 cents a pound instead of the 1.49 they were the other day and yellow squash and zucchini is the same. SWEEEEEET. Anyway I get three bags. Thomas and Kait are playing around with the seat belts in the cart. I get to the green beans and Thomas YELLS "YUCK!! What is that?!?" Kait answers for Mommy the best! "Duh, they are beans. I like beans. They are yummy" Thomas sticks with the yuck I don’t like those reply. Same for the squashes. Well I grab a ten pound bag of potatoes and stick them in the cart. That’s cool with both of them. Thomas then decides that he wants to hold the green beans now. I told him if he touched anything in the cart that I would make him walk. Well he kept his hands off. Well we get over by the lunch-able isle and he’s "oooh mommy I love those, can you get me those, please I love those for my lunch, Mr. Wheatley says I can have those for lunch" - I didn’t get them - We move on to the "Sale" isle. I find cereal that’s 1.50 a box and it’s what they’ve been asking. I get two boxes of chocolate cereal and two other kinds Thomas about peeded with such happiness. So next is the meat counter. These kids are now talking about what I’m putting in the cart and giggling about other things. I get the hamburger and put it in the cart. Kait says "oh I like that red stuff." Thomas says to her "It’s yuck it’s not cooked Kait, you’ll poop red." This old man is standing there looking at us like we’re crazy. Err. I get the rest of the meat and go to the chicken counter. Thomas says "What?! Chicken isn’t pink." Kait says "I know it’s white." giggle giggle. Well we make it through most of the isles with minimum questions about people and what I’m not putting in the cart and why. - that answer is usually because this is what we eat - I get to the pasta isle and this guy is on the MC and says whatever. and Thomas says giggling "What did he say?" I reply "He said if you don’t keep your hands in the cart you’ll have to leave" This lady next to me just started to crack up. Says that she’ll have to say that to her kids when she has to take them. Kait then asks why we need milk and cheese and all this other stuff. After a cart FULL of stuff we get to the bread and Thomas and Kait are looking at me like I’m nuts because I just put four loafs into the cart. - what can I say we eat bread like all the time - We check out and Thomas is talking to the checker. Says things like "Why do you work here?" and "Is that fun?" She was nice though and wasn’t mean and answered his questions. Now at the com. people carry out your things. Kait started to freak when we got to the car and the man was still beside us pushing our things out. I open the door for him to put it in and get the kids into the van. She asks "Is he coming to our house now?" This girl is crazy. She knows what happens when we go there, they help you out and put things into your car. Anyway I think by far the funniest thing that was yesterday there was when the guy came over the MC and my reply to Thomas and that lady starting to laugh. Good Times.

What it's all about.

I figure that most people that I know usually don't have a myspace. So I've created a blog where you can keep up with our family happenings and everything going on. So I'll update everyday with at least one blog. I'm sure there will be days there will be two or three. :) So check back to see what's new in the life of a momma with 3 1/2 crazy kids.
